Q- How does it work?
A- It's easy! Check out our extensive neighborhood menus page and decide what you want. Then just call, text, email, or use our website to send your order. We do all the shopping per your list, and you simply reimburse the cost of your order and submit the shopping fees and optional gratuity at the time of delivery.

Q- How do you receive payment?
A- We accept cash and all major credit cards via PayPal Now. Payments are due upon delivery. Sorry, but we are unable to take checks at this time.

Q- What are your hours of operation?
A- Community Couriers of Jacksonville delivers 7 days a week 10am-10pm.

Q- How specific do I have to be on my grocery list?
A- Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your personal shopping and home delivery experience, we ask that you be as specific as possible with your shopping list. With hundreds of individual items available, quantity, size, brand, and product description is necessary and of the utmost importance to be sure that we get it right for you for the first time, every time! 

Q- Will you substitute items that are Out of Stock or might not be available?
A- Yes! To ensure that your order is completed to your satisfaction, Community Couriers of Jacksonville will either buy a different brand or size, or not buy anything at all, per your instruction. 

Q- Can you take coupons?  And what if something is on sale?
A-Yes! Plus, many stores offer digital coupons that we will use on your behalf, and you will always receive the sale price for your groceries. However, your 15% shopping fee will always be based on the total sale prior to any coupons or discounts. 

Q- Will Community Couriers of Jacksonville deliver alcohol, tobacco, or lottery?
A- Yes, as long as the person accepting delivery is of age and can show a valid, picture ID.

Q- What if my order isn't right?
A- Your satisfaction is paramount. Please review your order at the time of delivery; if there are any incorrect, additional, or missing items we will gladly adjust your bill accordingly.
